For more accurate information about delivery times, check the product pages and your cart for estimated shipping and delivery dates. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping update once it’s been shipped via email or text.

We provide an estimated delivery date with all orders, and we anticipate that the majority of packages will be delivered within this timeframe. The time of arrival depends on the shipping. *Please be aware that there are circumstances beyond our control – unforeseeable weather conditions, increased orders, third-party vendor problems, shipping processes or delivery issues – that may cause delays, resulting in your order arriving after Christmas. We're working hard to deliver your gifts to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding! 

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders over $35 according to the order date.
  • Hazmat items subject to federal regulations and larger/heavier items that require more handling time are delivered via Ground Shipping.

In line with the shipping industry’s standards, shipping time is calculated by business days, meaning Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays don’t count toward the total time. Please be aware that certain products contain hazardous materials that are subject to transportation regulations which can delay delivery.

What is your extended return policy?

Good news: We have extended our Free Returns/Exchanges policy. Any purchases made from November 22, 2021 to December 31, 2021 will be returnable through Jan. 31, 2022. See for details.

As long as the tags are still attached and/or the item is in its original packaging (unopened), all new and unused items (excluding Final Sale) are eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Gift returns will be converted to store credit, and returns and exchanges are free. That means we’ll cover shipping and restocking, free of charge.

Return Restrictions: Return restrictions can be placed on accounts that have exceeded our threshold for returns. If you have: (i) returned more than $7,500 of merchandise in the last 12 months, and (ii) sent back over 80% of the value of your purchases made in the last 12 months, your account will be subject to a modified return policy and not eligible for free returns. While we will still accept back returns under the modified return policy: (x) your returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, (y) you will be required to obtain a return authorization number, and (z) you will need to purchase any return postage needed to return the merchandise to us. Upon receiving back returns, we will refund you 85% of the value paid for the item(s). To remove the modified return policy from your account, we require that your return rate falls below 50% of the value of your returned purchases over a twelve-month period.

Do we offer gift wrapping or gift messaging?
