What is your return policy?
(a) General Policy. All new items (excluding "Final Sales") are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt so long as: (1) the item has not been worn or used; (2) the item is undamaged; (iii) all tags originally included on the item are still attached and undamaged; (4) the original packaging for the item (including the outer protection wrap), if any, has not been opened and is sent back undamaged; and (5) you have no return restrictions on your account (see below). Gift returns will be converted to store credit, and returns and exchanges are free. That means we'll cover shipping and restocking, free of charge. But any shipping fees that we charge on orders under $35 will not be refunded to you.
(b) Final Sale. Final Sale items are not subject to Verishop’s standard return policy and may not be returned. Any return or refund of ‘Final Sale’ items are made at Verishop’s sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.
(c) Return & Cancellation Restrictions. We may impose a return restriction on your account and you will not be eligible for free returns if: (i) you have returned or canceled orders valued more than $7500 of merchandise in the last 12 months; (ii) you have sent back or requested the cancellation of over 80% of the value of your purchases made in the last 12 months; or (iii) for other actual or suspected abuse of our free return policy. While we will still accept back returns and honor cancellations under the modified return policy: (x) your refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, (y) you will be required to obtain a return authorization number, and (z) you will need to purchase any return postage needed to return the merchandise to us. Upon receiving back returns, we will refund you 85% of the value paid for the item(s).
