What if my package shows delivered and I did not receive my order?

If the tracking on your order shows delivered and you did not receive, please contact us via email immediately so we can correct the situation.  We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work our hardest to resolve this quickly. 

Email Support with the following information ( support@verishop.com )

  • Order number or customer name on order
  • If there is more than 1 item in your order please let us know if you received any of the items.
  • Request if you would like a replacement or refund

Please make sure that you reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery to guarantee a resolution.
